10 Minutes

Soak away your pain and discomfort in a neutral or cold hip bath to find the relief you’ve been looking for. During a hip bath, the guest sits in a round, oval, or square tub where the water level reaches the navel and three-quarters of the thighs. The rest of the body is kept dry during this therapy. A hip bath helps remove constrictions in the abdominal organs – intestines, kidneys, uterus, prostate gland, urinary bladder etc. – increasing circulation in the abdominal cavity. This increase in circulation enhances the nutrition and elimination process in the body without consuming vital energy.


20 Minutes

Immerse your tired, aching feet and arms in a relaxing, hot bath. In this therapy, both the feet and arms are immersed in hot water in a specially designed tub, resulting in profuse sweating of the body, where congestion in the head region is diverted to the legs. This therapy provides relief for those suffering from fatigue, migraine headaches, asthma, bronchitis, and rhinitis.


10-15 Minutes

Relax your mind and relieve sore muscles with this therapeutic shower. In this full body therapy, multiple water jets from above and all sides are directed to the guest to improve blood circulation intensely. Depending on the guest’s condition, a neutral or cold shower will be recommended. This therapy can provide relief for tired muscles, hypertension, fatigue and pain management. Cold Circular Jet Shower is most effective after sauna and steam bath.


20 Minutes

Find relief for painful joints and improve circulation with a relaxing whirlpool bath. This therapy can be administered with neutral or cold water to increase circulation in the entire body. The bubbles hit pressure points on the body that helps improve the peripheral circulation which nourishes the skin and gives it a fresh and glowing appearance. This therapy is beneficial in pain management, weight management, arthritis and relieving stress.


30 Minutes

In this therapy, the guest is immersed in a tub filled with neutral or cold water from the neck down, where a dozen jets in the tub apply water pressure over the entire body. The cold water stimulates the skin by diverting circulation to the peripheral blood vessels while neutral water provides relaxation. This massage is beneficial for guests suffering from spondylitis, sciatica, arthritis, and scoliosis.


05 Minutes

Flush out toxins from your body with a gentle enema therapy. In this therapy, the colon is cleansed through a simple procedure in which warm water is gently passed into the rectum via anal opening. The water increases the movement of the intestines, promoting bowel movements and eradicating general constipation. This therapy is especially effective when paired with fasting therapy.


45 Minutes

Cleanse your colon with this stimulating therapy that will leave your colon refreshed and purified. This therapy uses highly advanced equipment to inject warm, pressured water into the rectum and large intestine as a means of flushing out clogged waste and fecal matter. The entire large intestine should be cleaned in 3 to 5 sessions. The guest can experience relieved constipation and increased energy levels.


45 Minutes

Find relief for targeted pain points with this alleviating therapy. Wet cotton cloths (known as wet packs) are applied to particular areas of the guest’s body to increase circulation in that region of the body. The wet packs can be applied to the chest, abdomen, trunk, knee, neck, leg, and other areas of the body. The increased circulation in these areas provide a soothing effect for the guest and help tone organs in the treated areas.


20 Minutes

Release any tension in the body with this relaxing full-body bath. In this therapy, the guest is immersed in a bath of warm or neutral water that is often treated with healing Epsom salt or Margosa leaves. This therapy is beneficial in rejuvenating the whole body, reducing body pain, sleeplessness, fatigue, and asthma.


10 Minutes

Ease sore muscles and discomfort with a massaging jet bath. In this therapy, a variety of water jets are used on the body to impart massage. The massage can be administered through circular jets, underwater massages, Jacuzzi, or whirlpool. Guests can experience improved circulation and a feeling of rejuvenation as a result of this therapy.

Clear up clogged pores and release stress with a cleansing steam bath. This traditional therapy has the guest take in steam in a tailor-made steam room, opening up clogged sweat pores and enhancing the elimination of toxins. This therapy can provide stress relief and reduce the effects of migraines, joint pain, and help with obesity.


15 Minutes

Find relief for painful joints with a sauna bath. In this therapy, the guest is asked to sit in a wooden cabin that generates dry heat. The atmosphere of dry heat makes this therapy helpful in reducing joint pain, as well as combating various skin ailments.



60 Minutes

Bask in the feeling of gently heated, smooth stones penetrating tired muscles and experience immediate relief. Rounded, soft stones, or pebbles, are selected from river beds and boiled in water. These stones are then placed along the guest’s spinal cord from the neck to the tailbone, giving soothing heat and comfort to relieve pain. Massage techniques like percussion, friction, kneading, stroking, vibration, and cupping are performed to stimulate nerve endings in the skin and improve blood flow and nourishment to all parts of the body.


30 Minutes

Release tension and restore comfort in the body with this vibrating massage therapy. In this therapy, talcum powder is applied as a medium (instead of oil) and massage movements are performed by a machine through various applicators. Guests can experience immense vibration with this massage, which works to enhance blood circulation, reduce stress and nervous tension, and calm the body and mind.

Relieve stress from the body with a therapeutic Swedish massage. In this therapy, a variety of manipulations like effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, friction, vibration or shaking and joint movements are used to help eliminate toxic accumulation in the body. These toxins often cause stress, fatigue, muscular aches, and pains in the body. Swedish massage techniques can help to not only relieve physical stress but emotional stress, as well. This therapy can also improve circulation and reduce joint pain, stiffness, and provide relief to those with osteoarthritis.

In this therapy, deep muscle work is combined with stretching, rocking and circulation-enhancing strokes to move lactic acid out of the system. This therapy targets the deep layers of connective tissue and muscle throughout the body, using slow strokes to apply pressure, increase blood flow, and reduce inflammation that often leads to pain and tension. This strong-pressure massage therapy can be helpful for guests who are sore from exercise or guests who experience tension from daily life. This therapy is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.


60 Minutes

Invigorate and revitalize your skin with this massage therapy. In this therapy, wet sea salt is applied to the body with friction, which widens the blood vessels, making the skin glow, radiate vibrancy, and become replenished with a fresh supply of blood flow. This therapy is helpful for guests that experience low blood pressure, general weakness, low endurance, frequent colds, or poor circulation. From a cosmetic perspective, this therapy is good for exfoliating skin and helps to revitalize it.



30 Minutes

Retreat into this rejuvenating therapy for improved skin tone and elasticity. A well-prepared mud poultice, or mud paste, is applied from head to toe and exposed to sunlight. This improves the skin by increasing circulation in the body and energizing skin tissues. After the mud dries and begins shedding, the guest is given a proper shower or water jet spray. This therapy is particularly effective for those suffering from psoriasis, white patches on the skin, urticaria, and other allergic skin conditions.


50 Minutes

Give your tired belly the rest it deserves with this tranquilizing therapy. This therapy is typically administered as a daily morning routine and involves applying a mud poultice over the abdomen, as well as the forehead and eyes. These mud packs are particularly useful for those suffering from digestive disorders, sleeplessness, anxiety, and headache. Guests can experience a sense of total relaxation as well as a soothing effect on the abdominal organs.

Revive and rehydrate your skin with this skin-targeted therapy. A mud poultice is directly applied on the guest’s skin for conditions relating to eczema and inflammation. The guest can experience reduced inflammation and skin eruptions as a result of this therapy.


The nerve endings of all the organs end in the soles and palms. Reflexology is a holistic healing method that applies pressure to the nerve endings in the feet and hands to relieve pain in the body.

At YO1, our reflexology program seeks to go beyond finding a quick fix for pain and discomfort in the body and instead provides a long-lasting remedy that addresses the source of the pain.

Our reflexology walkways will not only provide pain relief, but they will help release blood congestion and energy blocks that are often the source of the pain. Guests are guided by respected and well-versed practitioners to walk barefoot on smooth, rounded pebbles (also known as a reflexology walkway) for 5-10 minutes daily to apply the necessary pressure on nerve endings.

Our reflexology sessions will provide helpful relief from pain, heaviness, and discomfort, in addition to revitalizing the internal organs. Our reflexology program is particularly helpful for guests managing headaches, abdominal pain, painful menstruation, backache, and neck pain.

Natural dietetics and fasting are two key features of Naturopathy. By promoting adequate nutrition and proper waste elimination in the body, dietetics and fasting can reduce the effects of diseases stemming from toxins in the body.

The YO1 dietetics program is designed to strengthen the immune system, detoxify the body and enhance its recuperative power via a customized dietary plan drawing from the tenets of Naturopathy. The diet consists of seasonal, raw food that is rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and fibers that aid the body’s internal processes in recovering from chronic and allergic diseases.
