YO1 DAY PASS & YOGA MEDITATION SCHEDULE
At YO1 Longevity & Health Resorts in Catskills you can expect an immersive experience that is dedicated to providing a holistic approach to lasting wellness. Our one-of-a-kind facility offers guidance and healing therapies from skilled practitioners in the disciplines of Ayurveda, Naturopathy, and Yoga.
Located in the serene mountains, Day Pass holders may visit YO1 from 8 AM to 8 PM where they can explore a select number of therapies. Guests will leave YO1 feeling renewed and invigorated on their path to eternal youth and wellness.

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM | Hatha Yoga, Ground Floor, Prana Room |
8:00 AM - 10:00 AM | Breakfast at the dining room |
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Therapy (Options Available: Naturopathic, Ayurvedic, Mud, Hydrotherapy or Acupuncture) |
11:00 AM - 11:30 AM | Gong Immersion |
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Experience an Olympic-sized indoor pool or Activity/Game Room or Walking/Biking Trail or Fitness Center |

| 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM | Self-Guided Yoga & Meditation |

| 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Dinner at the dining room |
The Day Pass includes:
Day passes must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability.
- 1 Massage (Naturopathic or Ayurvedic) – 30 to 60 min
- 1 Mud or Hydrotherapy – 30 to 60 min
- Yoga session – 60 min
- Meditation session – 30 min
- Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meals (3 course meals)
- 1 Juice
- Access to locker room for the duration of the day
- All amenities including the indoor pool, fitness room, walking/ biking trails, game room
- Free Parking and Wi-Fi
- Complimentary Spa Services (Hot Tub/ Cold Plunge, Steam Room and Sauna)
