Ancient Therapies
Performed by Experts

YO1 Wellness Center connects mind and body through traditional healing therapies that trace back to the ancient civilizations of India. Our Ayurvedic and Yogic therapies coupled with Naturopathy and Acupuncture are designed to cleanse, detoxify and refresh.

Ayurvedic therapies have been derived from a 5,000-year-old system of healing. This time-honored system of living is used to maintain health and educate, both in the physical and mental planes.

Yoga is a system of body movements that helps promote overall health. The origin of this Indian practice traces back several thousand years and involves the exercise of the skeletal system and muscles of the body.

Naturopathic therapies are a form of complementary medicine that promotes self-healing. You will be able to enjoy a variety of holistic therapies which are used to aid in nature’s effort to combat disease.

Acupuncture is considered as one of the most powerful methods of drugless healing. It involves inserting a very fine needle into the skin at one of the many pressure points in our body.
