I recently stayed at YO1 Resort in the Catskills, and overall, it was a peaceful and rejuvenating experience with a few areas that could be improved. The setting is absolutely beautiful—nestled in nature with serene views that immediately help you disconnect from daily stress. The resort itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a strong focus on wellness. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the wellness aspect. The spa services, yoga sessions, and overall tranquil atmosphere really set YO1 apart from a typical hotel experience. It’s a great place if you’re specifically looking to reset, recharge, and focus on your well-being. The food was healthy and aligned with the resort’s wellness theme. While I appreciated the quality and intention behind the meals, I did find the options somewhat limited, especially for longer stays. Service was generally goodstaff were polite and helpful

Calm and Relaxing Stay

The property is beautiful and quiet. I enjoyed the wellness sessions and the healthy meals. It’s a nice place if you want to relax and reset.

It's the perfect health / wellness retreat without it feeling pushy or demanding. Even if you just go to enjoy the pool, food, massages and outdoors, you'll still have a great time.

Everything from start to finish during my stay was perfect

Gorgeous and serene wellness resort perfect for slowing down, resetting and reconnecting with self. I can’t find enough words to express how wonderful this place is! Waking up to amazing sunrise view was spectacular.

What truly made the experience unforgettable was the attention to detail.

The highlight was undoubtedly the ancient Ayurvedic massage. Skilled therapists guided me through a journey of relaxation and healing. The warm oils and rhythmic movements released tension in my body, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and balanced.

I loved the schedule they had to help you do classes and enjoy healthy dinner. Not to mention the beautiful lake and mountain fresh air.

My experience here was absolutely fantastic! The staff were extremely helpful welcoming and kind throughout my stay, in particular Suzana at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable! And was very kind throughout and for that I can’t thank her enough, the wait staff were tremendous as well, specifically Robert and Gia were both very kind and were always checking in to see if there was anything they could do to improve the meal and the atmosphere in general but the wait staff overall were incredible!! And the therapy team were absolutely fantastic at what they do and I can leave here knowing that I was well taken care of throughout my stay 10/10 would recommend and I will be coming back!

My solo trip for spiritual reflection was enhanced by Suzana's warm welcome and her thoughtful gestures, like upgrading my room. The resort itself is stunning, offering top-notch spa services, various amenities, and even bikes for leisurely rides. I especially enjoyed the massages and mud treatment. It's now my go-to destination for rejuvenation, thanks to the exceptional customer service that truly topped it all off! Let me tell you I did not want to leave this place!! The views of nature are breathtaking. I had such a beautiful encounter with the Lord here. I cannot thank Suzana and the staff enough for their attention and care. My stay here was perfect and I will most certainly be back!

I had a lovely stay at YO1 Longevity and Health Resort.

It provided for a relaxing, reflective atmosphere where you can really reconnect with your self and work on your health and wellness. The facilities were gorgeous, super spacious, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. As a non-vegan, I would have loved at least one meat option for dinner, as the evening I dined in the restaurant the menu did not have one, however... I tried non-chicken chicken breast for the first time and I have to say, it was really quite good! Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend it for anyone looking to focus on themselves and their general well-being, both mental, spiritual and physical.

The experience at yo1 was great! My family and I loved every minute of it. The saunas and hot tub were so soothing we didn’t want to come out. The vegetarian food was phenomenal. The faux chicken was better than real meat. I am planning on going back very soon. Suzana the manager could not be more gracious and accommodating. Rooms were big and beautiful with amazing views. Looked like Swiss Mountain Views.

What a way to say goodbye to summer!

Just got back from a weekend at Yo 1 Hotel in the Catskills and I’m still in relax mode. Even though the jacuzzi was down, the staff were absolute stars—so accommodating (they even comped folks!) The place is a bit tucked away, so not tons of outdoor stuff to do, but honestly, that’s kinda what I needed. Loved the food too. Those samosas at dinner? Didn’t even taste like they were gluten-free and vegetarian. So good! Sunday’s breakfast buffet was a dream and they really know how to cater to your diet needs every day. I went for a Swedish massage and my friend tried the mud therapy—both super refreshing before hitting September head-on. Spent the rest of the time chilling with smoothies at the juice bar, hitting the sauna, steam room, and that cold plunge, not to mention the indoor pool.

Visiting for a third time tomorrow, very excited.

I visited this resort for the second time in January that’s when there was a movie shoot going on. I really enjoyed watching the shoot and we even saw Naomi Scott there. The staff at front desk, Mr Goyal and the rest of the staff are very cooperative. Visiting for a third time tomorrow, very excited.

I was amazed by this hotel, which I discovered with the advice of my friend. As more polite businesses like this, in touch with nature, increase, tourism will develop in Turkey. I loved the breakfast, the cheeses were carefully selected. The rooms were spotless, since we went on a weekday, there was no rush at the pier.

The resort is beautiful, and I absolutely love the peaceful ambiance and wide range of health & wellness experiences that they offer. The massage I got was so amazing and restorative. I can't wait for my next visit!

I have been to YO1 three times and each time has been an amazing experience.

The sauna, food, meditation etc are all great and positive atmosphere. Susana in the front desk is the best! she was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed to have a pleasant stay. I will definitely be back again soon!

What an amazing yoga escape from my normal urban lifestyle

Michael at the front desk is the sweetest, he made us feel like we were old friends. The resort is clean and everyone is there to ensure a relaxing stay. The grounds are spectacular. It feels right out of a travel brochure. We LOVED the food. I’m not a vegan so I was very sure I’d need to door dash but every meal we had was insanely delicious.

A pleasant stay! I received a shirodhara massage from Alex, and it relaxed my head a lot. It left me feeling completely de-stressed. I also had the samosas by Chef Moish, and it was delicious! Will plan another trip there.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable fall getaway at YO1, just two hours from New York City. Nestled in the heart of nature, the serene and peaceful surroundings were a world away from the typical nearby hotels. The environment was incredibly soothing, offering a truly unique experience that I found unmatched by any other places I’ve stayed.

I had the easiest time checking in , The staff were amazing and welcoming . The Front desk where wonderful ladies very helpful and provided lots of information definitely will be coming back in the spring for a little vacation.

A Refreshing Wellness Escape

I had such a peaceful stay at YO1 Longevity & Health Resorts. Coming from NYC, this honestly felt like the perfect reset. The lake views, nature, fresh air, and quiet atmosphere made everything feel so calm from the moment we arrived. Susana welcomed us at the reception and was so warm and kind. She showed us around the resort and made us feel comfortable right away, which made the experience even more special. One of my favorite parts was having a private sauna (steam room) inside our suite I’ve never had that before and absolutely loved it. I also tried the Salt Glow Therapy treatment and my skin felt amazing after. The yoga, meditation, spa, pool, and wellness activities made the whole stay feel very refreshing. OMG ! The food was also really good fresh, healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to whenever I need a break from busy city life. I am definitely recommending this so much.
