I had a very good experience staying in yo1 spa resort. Beautiful place and friendly/helpful staff! The best of all was a Ayurvedic massage I’ve had with William! Truly gifted massage therapist! I felt like so much of stagnant energy was squeezed out of me in a good way! I believe my energy flow was restored to a maximum, functional level!! All practitioners were so helpful and knowledgeable! Excellent experience and I would definitely recommend this place!

A truly rejuvenating experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel, and I must say it was a truly rejuvenating experience. Located in a serene environment, this health resort offers an ideal escape from the city and of everyday life. The rooms are spacious, clean and the on-site restaurant serves a delightful array of healthy and delicious meals.

Without hesitation, it was exceptional

We were there is past weekend. Without hesitation, it was exceptional. The facility was clearly built with the highest level of design and finishes. The location was impeccable, both close to NYC @ 2.5 hours, facing a lake, remote location, serene, plenty of nature, and near a major highway. The vegan menu was abundant and provided with caring and attentive service. The yoga classes were well run, and frequent. The price was unbeatable, and look forward to coming more frequently as no other facility can compete. The pool, gym, and spa were still in new condition, and the highest quality equipment. The front desk and general personnel were all attentive, operate with integrity, and care. Given that they are not operating at full capacity, we got plenty of service. I recommend this facility with full confidence. Walkability: They have a nature walk which is awesome.

This is the 3rd time I am visiting Yo1 (the 1st 2 times were with my hubby) and I can't say enough about this gorgeous facility with amazingly hospitable staff! I couldn't wait to come back to recharge, which successfully happens every time I come here! Suzana at the front desk is exceptional and always does all she can to help her guests and accommodate our requests, as we have experienced repeatedly! That goes for all the staff members: Trish and Michael at the front desk, William the massage therapist, Robert the dining room host, Gianna and Evan the wait staff, Turgay the chef, Tish the Yoga and Meditation instructor, and Hay the Asian lady in charge of the Juice Bar, all exceptional who go above and beyond to make our stay as best as possible.

My experience here was absolutely fantastic

My experience here was absolutely fantastic! The staff were extremely helpful welcoming and kind throughout my stay, in particular Suzana at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable! And was very kind throughout and for that I can’t thank her enough, the wait staff were tremendous as well, specifically Robert and Gia were both very kind and were always checking in to see if there was anything they could do to improve the meal and the atmosphere in general but the wait staff overall were incredible!! And the therapy team were absolutely fantastic at what they do and I can leave here knowing that I was well taken care of throughout my stay 10/10 would recommend and I will be coming back!

My solo trip for spiritual reflection was enhanced by Suzana's warm welcome and her thoughtful gestures, like upgrading my room. The resort itself is stunning, offering top-notch spa services, various amenities, and even bikes for leisurely rides. I especially enjoyed the massages and mud treatment. It's now my go-to destination for rejuvenation, thanks to the exceptional customer service that truly topped it all off! Let me tell you I did not want to leave this place!! The views of nature are breathtaking. I had such a beautiful encounter with the Lord here. I cannot thank Suzana and the staff enough for their attention and care. My stay here was perfect and I will most certainly be back!

I had a lovely stay at YO1 Longevity and Health Resort.

It provided for a relaxing, reflective atmosphere where you can really reconnect with your self and work on your health and wellness. The facilities were gorgeous, super spacious, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. As a non-vegan, I would have loved at least one meat option for dinner, as the evening I dined in the restaurant the menu did not have one, however... I tried non-chicken chicken breast for the first time and I have to say, it was really quite good! Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend it for anyone looking to focus on themselves and their general well-being, both mental, spiritual and physical.

My family and I loved every minute of it.

The experience at yo1 was great! My family and I loved every minute of it. The saunas and hot tub were so soothing we didn’t want to come out. The vegetarian food was phenomenal. The faux chicken was better than real meat. I am planning on going back very soon. Suzana the manager could not be more gracious and accommodating. Rooms were big and beautiful with amazing views. Looked like Swiss Mountain Views.

What a way to say goodbye to summer!

Just got back from a weekend at Yo 1 Hotel in the Catskills and I’m still in relax mode. Even though the jacuzzi was down, the staff were absolute stars—so accommodating (they even comped folks!) The place is a bit tucked away, so not tons of outdoor stuff to do, but honestly, that’s kinda what I needed. Loved the food too. Those samosas at dinner? Didn’t even taste like they were gluten-free and vegetarian. So good! Sunday’s breakfast buffet was a dream and they really know how to cater to your diet needs every day. I went for a Swedish massage and my friend tried the mud therapy—both super refreshing before hitting September head-on. Spent the rest of the time chilling with smoothies at the juice bar, hitting the sauna, steam room, and that cold plunge, not to mention the indoor pool.

Visiting for a third time tomorrow, very excited.

I visited this resort for the second time in January that’s when there was a movie shoot going on. I really enjoyed watching the shoot and we even saw Naomi Scott there. The staff at front desk, Mr Goyal and the rest of the staff are very cooperative. Visiting for a third time tomorrow, very excited.

I was amazed by this hotel, which I discovered with the advice of my friend. As more polite businesses like this, in touch with nature, increase, tourism will develop in Turkey. I loved the breakfast, the cheeses were carefully selected. The rooms were spotless, since we went on a weekday, there was no rush at the pier.
