Know that nothing is permanent

There were so many crises in life, which you have carefully managed and come out of and this is just another one of them. So, don’t lose heart.

Talk to your loved ones

Sharing your experience with your loved ones is a great way of relieving your stress, it gives you the strength required to face the crises.

Immerse yourself in your favorite activities or unfinished work

Focus on your favorite activities like Yoga, swimming, cooking, house decoration, learning a new computer language, spending time helping children schoolwork, watching movies, hiking and indulging in your favorite sport. You can also go back to some unfinished work like painting, reading a book on philosophy, culinary activity, novels or any unfinished household work.

Understand that it is a temporary situation in life, it is not life.

Have faith in yourself. The world has survived the financial crash (Great Depression) and epidemics. This time too will pass.

Meditate twice a day

Meditation is a wonderful tool to calm our emotions and make our-self grounded. Practicing twice a day for 15 minutes each time is a good start. It will give you the inner strength to face various life situations.

Take care of your physical, mental and emotional health

Doing Yoga helps maintain physical, mental and emotional health. Other activities help as well but, not on all the above-mentioned health levels.

Take care of your diet

A balanced diet is very important in maintaining your health. If your health is robust, you will automatically sport a positive attitude.
